Terms of Service

Pegasus Studio ("Pegasus", "we") is a web application that lets you create images, videos, music and text using third-party AI models, on a pay-per-creation credit basis. The service is operated from Israel. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your password and account secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the service. You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Creations are paid with credits. 1 credit = $0.01. The exact credit cost of every action is displayed before you run it. Credits are consumed when a creation starts; if a creation fails due to a technical error, the credits for that creation are returned to your account automatically.

Credit packs are prepaid and grant access to the service; they are not a currency, cannot be transferred between accounts, and have no cash value. Free welcome credits are granted once per person and may be withdrawn or adjusted in cases of abuse. Prices may change; the price shown at the moment of a creation is the price you pay for it.

You agree not to use the service to create or share content that:

is illegal under applicable law, including sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery; infringes intellectual property or publicity rights of others; harasses, defames or threatens people; attempts to deceive (deepfakes presented as real events, fraud, impersonation); or consists of malware or attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

AI models apply their own content filters. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund for credits consumed by violating activity.

Creations are produced by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee that any creation will match your prompt, be accurate, or be suitable for any particular purpose. Availability of specific models may change without notice. You are responsible for how you use creations, including obtaining any rights or consents needed for the material you upload as references.

You keep ownership of content you upload. Prompts and creations you make are stored privately in your account and are visible to others only if you choose to share them. You grant us the limited technical right to store, process and transmit your content as needed to operate the service. Rights in AI outputs are governed by the underlying model providers' terms; we make no claim of ownership over your creations.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We may add, change or remove features and models, and may suspend the service for maintenance. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pegasus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are used fraudulently or abusively.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts in Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
