Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address, name (if you provide one), and sign-in method (email or Google). Content: your prompts, uploaded reference images, settings, chat messages and the images, videos and audio you create. Usage data: credit balance and transaction history (charges and refunds), and technical logs such as request timestamps and error reports needed to run and secure the service.

Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

To provide the service (running your creations, saving them to your account, billing credits), to secure accounts and prevent abuse (including duplicate free-credit abuse), to process payments, to answer support requests, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Your prompts and uploaded images are sent to the AI model providers (such as fal.ai and the model vendors behind it, and the AI gateway powering chat) strictly to run your request. Creations are marked private by default and are shared publicly only if you explicitly choose to publish them to the gallery. We also use infrastructure and payment providers (hosting, database, email, payments) that process data on our behalf.

Your creations, chats and settings are private to your account. You can delete individual creations and conversations in the app. You can request export or full deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us; we will complete verified requests within 30 days. You may also object to marketing communications at any time.

We keep your content while your account is active. After an account deletion request we delete account and content data, except records we must retain for billing, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

We use only the technical cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled per user, and provider keys are stored only server-side. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
